Let's be real, pod machines are convenient. We like them because they're easy to use and require less work than putting on a whole pot of coffee. While we love good coffee craftsmanship, when we're late for work or the dog needs a walk, you sometimes just want to hit a button and go. We've got you covered for doing all that without the massive pain of trying to find a flavour you like and the massive waste pile of non-recyclable plastics.

• scoop, brew, clean (after it's cooled you goose), reuse, feel proud about yourself - maybe even smug

The Boring Stuff:

• hot things are hot, be careful
• if you're reusing grinds be careful to make sure what you're using them for is safe
• dumping coffee grounds into your drain will result in a call to whomever handles your plumbing and they will not be pleased
