3. Add your must-haves to your cart—no judgment if it’s everything.
4. When you’re ready, click that check-out button!
5. Enter your shipping and payment details. Want to make future shopping even easier? You can create an account!
6. Double-check that everything (especially your shipping info) is correct—doggone typos can cause delays!
7. Fix any errors if needed, then complete your order. Boom, you’re done!

• Once your order leaves our paws, it should arrive within 3-5 business days.
• If your package gets lost or arrives looking like a dog got to it first, let us know ASAP. We’ll work with the carrier to sort it out and offer a replacement or refund.

• All sales are final—so choose wisely! (We believe in love at first sip.)
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll try our best to make it right.
• Coffee (ground or whole bean) is perishable, so unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on it. If your coffee arrives damaged, reach out within 48 hours, and we’ll figure out the best way to help.
